About The Event
The Faculty Development Program (FDP) is a specialised training initiative designed by IITM Pravartak and delivered in collaboration with Gregorian Institute of Technology (GIT). This program focuses on strengthening teaching methodology, logical reasoning, classroom innovation, and AI-assisted instruction for educators.
The program is aimed at school mathematics teachers, focusing on strengthening:
- Teaching methodology
- Logical and mathematical reasoning
- Classroom innovation
- AI-assisted instructional practices
This FDP equips educators with modern tools, structured thinking frameworks, and practical strategies to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.

With 34+ years of experience in mathematics education, Shri. Sadagopan Rajesh is a seasoned educator and academic leader. He is also a Course Instructor for OOBT at IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation, contributing extensively to teacher training and curriculum development in mathematics education.
